Burnt Store Meadows is a deed restricted community. While there are 20+ specific deed restrictions, the primary ones that affect all residents are summed up below. For more detailed information or questions, get in touch and we can help answer your questions:

• Your home is for residential use only - No commercial businesses out of your home (specifically, those that involve client traffic to the home)
• You are in charge of your landscaping, but it must be well-kept - Generally speaking, you must mow your grass. Trees, bushes, flowerbeds are completely under your control.
• No sheds or other non-attached structures.
• No commercial signage, including on automobiles parked in visible areas. 
• Fences are allowed, but must be no more than 6 feet tall, see through and a single color. Any color is fine, but only one color.
